New England Patriots’ Wide Receiver Danny Amendola welcomed over 250 guests to Towne Stove and Spirits on Monday for his third annual Celebrity Waiter Night presented by Greater Boston Convention and Visitors Bureau and Gordon Brothers Group, raising $210,000 to benefit his Catches for Kids Foundation.
The foundation aims to improve the lives of low-income children and families in need by providing daily opportunities, support, resources and life-changing experiences. Proceeds from the evening will help fund signature community outreach programs like Catch a Book Rooms and Makerspaces.
Ryan Allen, Martellus Bennett, Brandon Bolden, Tom Brady, Julian Edelman, Jimmy Garoppolo, Rob Gronkowski, Chris Harper, Chris Hogan, Chris Long and Joe Vellano joined Amendola and guests for a cocktail reception presented by Medfield Yoga Studio and the world-class cuisine of Executive Chef Oscar Figueroa to benefit the cause.
Steve Burton and Paula Ebben of WBZ-TV served as the evening’s emcees, while Yve Rojas of Auctions by Yve served as auctioneer during exciting live and silent auctions.
