The 2016 Miss Pink Pageant is an annual event where breast cancer survivors "compete for a cause and fight for a cure".

Crowning Miss Pink!

On Saturday, April 9th, 2016 at the Danversport Yacht Club, Alexandra “Lexi” Therberg was crowned “Miss Pink 2016” at The Miss Pink Pageant, an annual event where breast cancer survivors “compete for a cause and fight for a cure”. Therberg was one of nine contestants who wowed the panel of judges with her story of courage and survival.

An Air Force veteran, wife, and mother of two boys, Therberg was diagnosed with breast cancer in September 2015.

Among the panel of judges were Mix 104.1’s Karson Tager, Kiss 108’s Romeo, ABC-TV’s The Bachelorette’s Dylan Petit, and Dirty Water Media’s very own Julia Scaparotti.

An Air Force veteran, wife, and mother of two boys, Therberg was diagnosed with breast cancer in September 2015. In her role as Miss Pink 2016, Therberg will travel across New England heightening both breast cancer awareness and bringing breast cancer education to the general public, as well as sharing the mission of the Miss Pink Organization.
