Montreal based men’s fashion brand Frank and Oak debuts it’s presence in the United states here in Boston!
They had an invite only reception on Wednesday evening to introduce the store front to active subscribers from the Boston area as well as other special guests. All guests received complimentary beer & wine as well as appetizers to enjoy while they shopped around and experienced the brand new store on 220 Newbury Street. Also they gave a limited run of “Boston edition” Frank & Oak shirts that were made by AntiDesigns for the first 70 people that came to the VIP event.
Here is a quick video of the process:
Frank and Oak is mainly known for its amazing mens clothes and 1st class customer service to all its online consumers. Recently, Frank and Oak has opened a few brick and mortar stores recognizing that the buyer still wants the in-store experience of trying on clothes, touching fabrics, talking to a rep and also receiving that vintage Frank & Oak customer service. The Boston location looks to be #7 of the stores and their reps clued me in that they don’t plan to just stop here!
Store Manager Jeff Lahens, ensures that store brings the customers service full circle for all Frank and Oak shoppers. “You can order something online and pick it up in store or you can order something in-store and have it shipped direct to your home.” This definitely continues the trend of a seamless buyer experience. I look forward to what Frank & Oak has to offer in Boston in the coming months and I am excited for them to finally have a store in Boston.
With an amazing price point, great staff and awesome location; I am pretty sure that this store is here to stay.
