If you are a 20 something year old female living in Boston, you likely own a pair of Booty by Brabants leggings.  These leggings are likely your favorite gym accessory (or go-to clubbing outfit), but did you know that there is also a fitness class to pair with those amazing leggings?

Last night I made it over to BFX Studio in the Back Bay to hop in on one of their Master classes, Booty by Brabants.  Booty is taught by none other than Kelly Brabants, the creator of Booty by Brabants phenomenon.  The second you step through the sparkly glass doors at BFX you know this is a next level type of gym.  Everything is so clean and chic, it is more of a boutique than a gym—or, more accurately a “fitness studio”.  6:30 PM on a Tuesday night and it is a full house in the studio for Booty by Brabants.

Once the class starts, you will understand why Kelly has a fan club that “studio-hops” with her all over Boston to take this class.  Each sequence is choreographed to the beat of the music of a killer playlist.  The exercises are designed to tighten and tone your whole body, focusing on your booty, think lots of squats, burpees, leg lifts and a few dance moves to spice things up. 12813917_546776135500822_8316403314082668117_nKelly leads the class, so even if you miss a step you can take a peek at her and get right back on track.  You definitely feel the burn throughout the 45 minutes, but you are having so much fun that the time just flies by. Before you know it, you are at the cool down phase of this body rocking class.  This is a class that lives up to its reputation and delivers results.  The enthusiasm and passion that Kelly teaches with is unmatched here in Boston. This class in a studio like BFX is a match made in fitness heaven!
