How do you work out? Long gone are the days when working out was limited to just treadmills or weightlifting. Today, the options are endless … so how do we decide which workout is the right workout for us? Is it yoga? Or cycling? What about boxing?

The only way to know for sure is to try them all out, right? Well, Alexandra Blodgett, a founding partner of indoor cycling studio Cyc Fitness, organized a week of workouts between six studios, which allows you to do just that.
