It’s OVER. It’s ALL OVER.
Brady’s gonna win this 14-month horrific battle with the National Football League and evil villain Roger Goodell once and for all… well at least until Goodell appeals his impending loss to the U.S. Supreme Court.
But it’s been High-Five Thursday in Camp Brady today as they won the New York primary when a judge appointed by President Bill Clinton, and a judge picked by President Barack Obama are two of the three judges who will hear the NFL’s appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in New York next Thursday. One judge was appointed by President George W. Bush.
Liberal judges are more likely to rule in favor of Labor (read:Brady) while conservative judges are more likely to side with the business organization. So if you want to put all your trust in that theory, Brady is going to take this round, 2-1. And you can say goodbye to that four-game suspension for the GOAT once and for all.
But it ain’t over til it’s over and this thing is never over.
