Cisco Brewers and the New England Revolution have announced the launch of Defend the Fort Pilsner for the 2025 MLS season.
Defend the Fort is a traditional Czech Pilsner that’s bright, crisp and dry-hopped with herbaceous and citrusy New Zealand hops. At 5.3%, this brew is the perfect gameday companion. The can prominently features the professional soccer club’s bold red and blue colors, and the name pays homage to the club’s loyal supporters.
For 30 years, they have been making their voices heard from “The Fort”, the standing-only sections where they sing for the full 90 minutes as they urge the Revs to defend their home fortress, Gillette Stadium.
The collaboration brew is now available on draught and on shelves in 16 oz can 4-packs throughout Massachusetts until July 2025. In addition to Defend the Fort, Cisco partners with the New England Patriots for the annual release of Forever New England in timing with the fall NFL season.

Defend the Fort is now available throughout Massachusetts for the 2025 season, including at Cisco’s pubs —the original Cisco Brewers in Nantucket, plus Boston and New Bedford, Mass.
