Are you amongst the many fans that are NOT headed to Gillette for Taylor Swift’s Era’s tour? Then you’re in luck! Burlington’s Karma Asian Fusion is bringing T-Swift to you! Say goodbye to any bad blood between you and StubHub because on Friday May 19th, 2023 Karma is welcoming all “Swifties” to enjoy a one night only Swift-themed evening.
Grab your friends and head over to Karma where all “Swifties” are welcome! Attend a night-long celebration with cocktails synonymous with Swift’s iconic hits along with jamming to her notable albums as the DJ spins hours of jam-packed hits from Fearless to Midnights In honor of Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour, the sixth headlining concert tour by the beloved American singer-songwriter. Karma’s bar staff is serving up something special for fans, the Lavender Haze and Miss Americana cocktails.
The Lavender Haze makes for a sparkling wine cocktail featuring a colorful lavender-infused simple syrup, citrus vodka, and lemon flavors. The addition of an egg white gives the cocktail that frothy “haze” on top, with edible glitter shimmering throughout (pictured left).
Another tribute to the queen herself, the Miss Americana blends Blanco tequila, French orange Liqueur, and Blue Curacao, with agave, yuzu juice and yuzu tabasco sauce. For a predominate anise and nutmeg aroma with a hint of mint, Peychaud’s Bitters are added to give it a sweet flavor (pictured right).
