
The first course is paired with 2018 Robert Foley Napa Valley Chardonnay.
1st course: Tuna Tartare, Citrus Vinaigrette, Chive Oil paired with 2018 Robert Foley Napa Valley Chardonnay
2nd course: Orecchiette a la Bolognese paired with 2016 Robert Foley Charbono
3rd course: Braised Short Rib, Wild Mushroom Risotto paired with 2016 Robert Foley “The Griffin”
All food will be prepared and ready for final heating and/or plating by you. For each course you will be asked to do some final preparation. All instructions will be included as well as a video provided by Anthony with some insight into the food and instructions that you can watch earlier.
At 7:30PM on Saturday, May 16th, you will join a Zoom Meeting on your laptop, tablet or computer to engage in as you enjoy your food and wine. Bob Foley will tell you about his story, the vineyards and the wine. You will be able to ask questions and interact as if having dinner at Prezza with Bob, Kelly and a few new friends.
Cost: $160 plus tax. The three wines are full bottles, which you can opt to finish on Sunday or if you have some friends or family who you may be “relaxing social distancing guidelines” with you may purchase an additional “dinner package” only for $75 plus tax.
