Prezza in the North End, Tonno in Wakefield and Gloucester, and The Blue Ox in Lynn are celebrating the holiday season this year by offering a special menu that includes menu favorites and classic Christmas sides, available for pick up to enjoy at home.
The Christmas menu includes traditional turkey giblet gravy, port wine demi, roasted sweet potatoes with candied walnuts and honey cider glaze, sausage & rosemary stuffing, and baby Yukon duck fat roasted potatoes that are available at all four restaurants. The Blue Ox will also offer their Ox maple butter and creamed corn. Tonno Gloucester and Wakefield will offer tuna tartare with costini, shrimp cocktail, meatballs, fresh tagliatelle and short cut rigatoni, plum tomato sauce, Bolognese, Fra Diavolo sauce. Prezza will offer shrimp cocktail, baked shrimp casserole, bechamel or ricotta baked lasagna, meatballs, fresh short cut rigatoni, plum tomato sauce, Bolognese, Fra Diavolo sauce, and for dessert, their bread pudding.
The holiday side menu is available for pick-up from Prezza, Tonno Wakefield, Tonno Gloucester or The Blue Ox when orders are placed online by Wednesday, December 21st. Ordering is available for each restaurant at the indicated link. Pick-up can be scheduled on Friday, December 23rd or Saturday, December 24th between 2 PM and 5 PM.
So while Christmas may be less than a week away … there is no need to stress! Get those orders in by Wednesday, grab some egg nog and relax Santa baby!
