Last week I went to Foxwoods Resort Casino and attended the Savor Press Conference at the Paragon Restaurant on the 24th floor. Savor is a celebration of Food, Wine and Spirits, the best in the world! The event will take place on April 10-11, at the Connecticut Convention Center. Celebrity Chef Robert Irvine, from the TV Show Restaurant Impossible, talked about the upcoming event and his foundation which supports military families in need. Boston Chef, Michael Schlow, was also at the press conference and will be present at the Savor event as well. The food that the Foxwoods catering team put together was absolutely stunning. I have never seen food presented so beautifully and taste so amazing…and that was only lunch! I had a great time and the experience was very luxurious and pleasant. It was just one more awesome opportunity and memory this internship has provided me with. Check out the interview below!
