Oktoberfest Celebrations

Oktoberfest celebrations continue around the city.

The Fort Point neighborhood haunt will is hosting an Oktoberfest party right now, (Thursday, Oct. 6) and again on Thursday, Oct. 20, both starting at 4 pm. Parties will feature a beer garden (weather permitting), Oktoberfest beer and food specials, and live music. Start pumping iron or heavy German beers. On Sunday, October 16th, the Warren Tavern will host male and female heats of a Stein Hoisting Competition during halftime of the New England Patriots game. The competition will be sponsored by Sam Adams and on top of prizes, the winner will also be featured on the Montvale Ave., Stoneham exit located on Route 93 North.
