Preparing for FishPig 2016


The food preparations involved with cooking for the FishPig event on Nantucket is quite extensive and bursting with flavor.  From Texas wild boar, red snapper and black bass freshly caught in the waters around Nantucket and lobster fresh from the traps, the chefs and prep cooks involved with creating this feast are one talented crew.  Dirty Water TV host Kayla Gretzky gives you a behind the scenes look at what it takes to create FishPig.
