W Boston recently announced a new partnership with Dorchester Brewing Company (DBco), with the launch of their new Beer Garden at W Boston, scheduled to open next Friday, October 8th. The partnership also offers W Boston guests the opportunity to sample a curated flight of DBco beers right in their hotel room, knowing they were brewed locally just a short walk away.

Tucked inside W Boston, the new indoor street-level Beer Garden at W will be exclusively showcasing DBo craft beers on their new (10) ten tap draft system with Belgian control faucets to ensure a perfect pour every time. In typical DBco and W Boston style, the team is also working together to whip up specialty cocktails on the menu featuring DBco beers, ciders, seltzers and sours to create innovative new drinks. Along with the extensive craft beer and cocktail list, the drinks are paired with menu items influenced by a typical German Oktoberfest, such as bratwursts, pretzels with beer infused cheese, and braised beef sliders.

“We are excited to welcome guests to our new indoor Beer Garden at W in the heart of downtown Boston,” said Gurkirat Singh, General Manager at W Boston. “As an extension of our mission to build a strong inclusive community and create another exciting activation to live it up, the partnership with DBco felt like a natural fit due to our many shared values. With W Boston’s expertise in mixology, we’re excited to expand our offerings to the community with some incredibly innovative craft beer infused cocktails. As many beer gardens throughout the city start winding down, we are excited to extend the season with this indoor activation for all beer lovers. From room packages including your very own branded beer stein, to a specialty brew made just for W Boston and a custom curated in-room tasting “flight” the Beer Garden at W is the perfect place to unwind with friends, and coworkers this Fall and through next Spring.”

The Beer Garden at W will offer guests a laid-back experience with a rotating menu of craft brews all while continuing with W Boston’s history of innovative, eye-catching pop ups. The Beer Garden at W already has plans in motion for Oktoberfest; think fun selections of seasonal ciders, a Pumpkin stout, and German beers including a festive octoberfest, kölsch and dunkel. And, the Dorchester experience doesn’t stop there. In their W Boston hotel rooms, guests can enjoy a curated flight of DBco beers or grab a can from their mini bar. In-room beers will include DBco’s Neponset Gold, a Golden Ale; Galaxy Lights, a Session New England IPA, Light Year Journey, a New England IPA along with their seasonal, rotating sour. .

“Since we opened our doors at Dorchester Brewing Company in 2016, we’ve strived to team up with partners that mirror our values, including diversity, community inclusion and innovative thinking, which aligns perfectly with W Boston,” says Matt Malloy, CEO and Co-Founder of Dorchester Brewing Company. “Along with expanding the W guests’ beer horizons, we’re excited their guests and local community can experience a splash of Dorchester without leaving the hotel. From DBco flights in their room, to the Beer Garden at W on the lobby level or a fun Dorchester beer cocktail in W Lounge, it’s a truly integrative experience and partnership.”

The seasonal indoor Beer Garden at W welcomes a mix of neighborhood residents, commuters and travelers and creates one of a kind experiences for beer lovers. Dorchester comes to the Theater District, for an experience like no other in Boston. Combined with the mixology culture at W Boston, you have a match made in beer heaven.
